Heavy fuel oil.

The most common use of crude oil is to create fuels for vehicles of all sizes, as well as for generators, heaters, and other equipment. Through the process of fractional distillation and cracking, this resource supports production in many industries.

The top oil producing countries are Saudi Arabia, Russia, the United States, Iran, and China. In the United States, petroleum is produced in 31 states. Those states that produce the most petroleum are Texas, Alaska, California, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
